Delivery and Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday  and holidays will be  processed within the next 2 working days. 

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail within approximately 2-5 working days and will require a signature on delivery.  For bespoke orders the delivery time will need to be extended.

Please note processing and delivery times may vary during specific periods. E.g Easter, Christmas. 

 

Returns Policy

We hope that your purchase meets your satisfaction however if this is not the case please see below for information relating to refunds:

Faulty, Damage or Incorrect Goods.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to damage, faulty or incorrect items, please inform us using the following email:  customerservices@emaysou-wicks.com  and attach a picture of the products and order number.  

You will be provided with an address to return the product/s within 14 days from delivery for an exchange or refund.

 

Return for another reason

For returns which are not due to damage, faulty or incorrect items, please  inform us using the following email:  customerservices@emaysou-wicks.com of the reason for return and order number.  In this circumstance you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the item to us. 

You will be provided with an address to return the product/s in its original condition within 14 days from delivery for an exchange or refund.
