If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to damage, faulty or incorrect items, please inform us using the following email:  returns@emaysouwicks.com  and attach a picture of the products and order number. You will be provided with an address to return the product/s within 14 days from delivery for an exchange or refund.

For returns which are not due to damage, faulty or incorrect items, please  inform us using the following email:  returns@emaysouwicks.com of the reason for return and order number.  In this circumstance you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the item to us.
